Do you use palm oil?
We use sustainable grown and cultivated palm oil in our soaps. It provides great skin conditioning lather.
What kind of preparation time do you need after ordering?
Typically within a day or two, we will have the products prepared and ready for shipment. The exception being cold process soap which needs about 4-6 weeks to cure. If there is ever a delay, you will be contacted, immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Through Etsy, we can ship anywhere. On this site, we will only ship within the United States, at this time.
Do you take requests on fragrances/special mixtures or batches, etc?

What is the size of your soap?
Given the nature of soap making and variables, our bars are typically about 5-6oz, unless otherwise specified.
Do you use animal products in your soap?
Some of our soaps are goatmilk based. However, most products are made without the use of any animal products. Please read labels.
Does all soap need to contain Lye (Sodium Hydroxide)?
In order for soap to be soap, yes it does Need to contain lye. This is how soap makers, like us, turn skin loving ingredients, into soap.

It‘s ok that you don’t understand all of our jargon. A good Pilot is always learning. We are AvGeeks (aviation nerds) at heart and would love for you to become one too! By giving or displaying our products you won’t offend anyone inside the aviation community or out.
Why is there a higher shipping cost for your whipped body butters?
The higher cost is associated with keeping your product cool until it reaches you. Since our lotion bars, balms, and butters are designed to melt with skin temperature, the summer heat would change the look of the product and so it might get melts. So keep it in a cool, dry place to keep you whipped body butter whipped! (Don’t leave it in a car, airplane, or flight bag)
